ROCHESTER HOME DECOR POOR SERVICE

I am very disappointed by the Service i have received by Rochester Online Lay by department, specifically from Derrck Tapiwa Radzokota. I have a simple request and he does not bother responding to my email. What's frustrating is that i have paid money already which i will forfeit if my query is not resolved. I hope someone who care about Customer delivery will contact me.
