ROCHESTER HOME DECOR MY REFUND PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ITS MY MONEY!

I am struggling to get my refund. Could you please assist!! I bought a couch over a month ago and was hoping to collect it end of August 2019. However an opportunity arose abroad and I could not proceed with the transaction hence notified the shop. They said they would refund in 14 working days. Its over 28 working days now and i still cant get my refund. Everyday its head-office said this head office that .NB: I didn't even collect the couch it was supposed to be a simple transaction. I just need my money please!! I regret ever dealing with you and certainly wont recommend anyone . Its Pathetic man !!!
