Rochester Home decor is never to be trusted ever!!!!!!!

I emailed Rochester Furnitures yet again and this time I requested my refund, seeing that they did not provide services and could not even acknolwedge the lay by I wanted to set up with them. Now they email me back and ask me to provide them with a sales order number. They never even supp**** me with anything . How can I have this order number. I have also responded and reminded them that they never acknowledged my deposit and never gave me this order number. They are still not willing to give me my money back. Rochester Furnitures **** people. I don't understand why is it so difficult to return my money as they failed to register my lay by. I wanted to purchase lounge suite for over 30k but after my horrible experience I no longer want anything to do with Rochester. I just want my money back now
