Rochester Home Decor Centurion does not live up to their promises

I have had bad experience with Rochester Home Decor Centurion. I purchased the bed a week ago, and had given them aple time to prepare the delivery. They keep telling me stories that they will deliver the bed, and they did not live up to their promise of delivering my bed. I paid cash, and i do not owe them anything. They are to quick to take our money but do not live up to customer satifaction. This is bad customer service.
