Rochester home decor

Good day, I would like to shame Rochester in Savannah Mall Polokwane. I have been complaining about a Sealy Posturepedic base for the last couple of months. The sales lady is very rude (wasn't when she got a good sale). I have tried to phone their headoffice with no success. I am beyond frustrated. How do I go about this? I am very close to contacting Carte Blanche...
