Rochester have not delivered what I paid for

Please assist me with the order I bought from Rochester furniture Thavhani Mall

I bought a Dune Queen bed Rochester grey fabric product code *** on the 23rd December 2024. On the 6th January 2025 they only delivered the heard board, I told the delivery guy that there order is not complete as he only delivered the headboard and not with the base, he responded that he only delivered as per the warehouse instructions.

I called the Store on the same day they promised to follow up and get back to me and till to day that have not contacted me, I called the customer care and the store as well numerous times and they kept on saying they will follow up and get back to me still nothing I contacted the costumer care and the store manager as well, lodges complaint so many times and still nothing , the manager is also not responding, when I call the store they always cut the call with we are doing follow up and still no one is contacting me

I paid a total amount of R7,190 including delivery
