Rochester has no service!

I am in the market to purchase a new lounge suite. I visited Coricraft in Mall of the North (I got great service there) and then went across to Rochester. There were 3 staff member behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store. It seemed like a bit of an effort for one of them to assist me. I inquired about their warranties on the furniture and all he could say was that it depends. When I mentioned that their opposition, Coricraft, had a 10 year warranty on the frames etc, he said I was welcome to go and buy there then.

Very poor attitude and service. I certainly will never shop there again....oh, and I ended up purchasing a lounge suite from Corifraft, great service and assistance - all from a single staff member!
