Rochester Group and Rochester Boksburg - Bad service providers

I bought a chest of drawers from Rochester Boksburg in May 2021, and two months down the line one of the drawers couldn't close properly. I asked them to come fetch it for repairs and they never did. In December 2022, i took the chest of drawers back to the shop and requested for refund. I have been waiting for the refund which I was promised that i will reflect in my account within 7 days, till today I'm still waiting, i went to the shops more than ten times to date but still nothing is happening. the people at the shop claim that it is the head office that is delaying the process. I hate Rochester and hate going to their store, if only they can pay my money. I don't understand why they took my ID copy and proof of Account,, if they cant pay my money. The worst service received from the Rochester group.
