Rochester Furnitures is trash

I bought a couch at Fourways crossing on Sunday, the 24th of May, then on Monday, I received a call saying the couch would be delivered on Wednesday. I took a day off work to make sure I was home for the delivery. Nothing came, I didn’t even get a phone call to apologize

I am writing this review on a Friday and I still haven't received anything. I am not getting any communication from anyone and it's frustrating.

The call center agents from Rochester are all rude and not helpful. Rochester cost me money as I took a day off to make sure i was home for the delivery.

I was then informed that the driver took the wrong couch, then if that was the case, why wasn't my delivery prioritized the following day. I have had it and I want my money back.
