Rochester Furniture - The groove Mall poor customer service

On the 30th Jan 2018 I bought a dining room suit from Rochester Furniture at the Groove Mall Pretoria worth R20 000 plus R490 for transport and handling which add up to R20490,00. They delivered only table and server after a week, when I called them about the chairs they told me that a wrong code was used by their consultant so they will collect the 2 and bring a full set. Instead of bringing a full set they took the table and server and never brought my dining room suit. On the 24th February 2018 I went to fill forms for refund and they told me I will get it in 7 working days and I am still waiting when I call them they always has a story and I feel they are making money out of my money, they are accumulating interest which I am not going to get. I really need help, my dining room is empty and I am also broke but Rochester is busy accumulating interest on my money.
