Rochester Furniture terrible customer service!

I have ordered a Plasma Tv Stand at Rochester Parkview. It was delivered and was damaged. I logged a complainet and was told i have seven days exchange! this has been nothing but terrible service! i have to phone them constantly to find out what is happening, First you have to send them damage videos of the unit... then you hear nothing then you you follow up with them again, then i have to send stamps on the back of the units again, constantly something! Shocking service! its now almost been a week on me PHONING THEM! Now they blame the supplier.. i mean really!
