Rochester furniture shop

<p>In about a year ago i bought a lounge suite on credit from Rochestar wonder park mall. The price of the lounge suite was R25000.00 and the fabric was leather. The lounge suite consist of one sitter and 2x two sitters, a big two sitter and a small two sitter. The big two sitter is a recliner,but the recliner is not working properly ,you will have to pull it manual in order to recline. This two sitter is starting to pill -off and its cracking. I have tried to report this to the store with no assistance. I was told that i should bring a contract with and i dont remember getting the contract from them.</p> <p>Am very disappointed with the service i got from the store and what pains the most is that am still paying for this lounge suite. </p>
