Rochester Furniture Poor Service

The cushions for my couch need new/ extra foam after less than a year as the one they came with looked and felt like those for bedroom pillows! We notified the Woodmead shop where we got the couches and a call logged, ref: RO-FURN-***. After a number of inquiries, the cushions which have a zip, were finally collected and to date are still being 'fixed'. To make matters worse, Rochester phoned and promised to have them delivered on the 23rd of August..but guess what- only one cushion is ready. What sort of incompetence and poor service delivery is this??
