Rochester furniture = poor quality, substandard products and expensive for nothing.

I bought a couch from Rochester September 2020 for 35k, in Feb I learned that it was damaged, I reported it they took away the damaged section for repairs a month or 2 later. It was then brought back but with a damage. I complained to the store manager who offered the display couch so that I wouldn't be without couch. 4 months later the replacement couch is also giving me similar problems and I must now be without a couch while my couch is being repaired again. I have complained about the bad quality of the couch and the manager indicated that there is nothing that he can do from his side.

I paid a lot of money for this couch and to receive something that is of a substandard nature and has to be taken away for repairs every few months, it is unjust an unfair. So they must either refund my money or give me a product that is of good quality.
