Rochester Furniture: Pathetic Service

To whom it may concern

ROCHESTER WEB STORE

Bought a couch se from above mentioned store last week. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday 26 November 2022. All went well, the company called me on Saturday morning, saying they would deliver at 10h00.

They arrived around 16h00 with a mismatched set (2 different colours). The set was returned- and I made an official complaint.

I received a response on Monday (No apology) the set will be delivered on Tuesday 29 November 22. The team arrived in the afternoon - WITH ANOTHER MISMATCHED SET.

Making a mistake once can be forgiven - but twice? I am no longer interested in anything from this store. I have never experienced such poor service.

I am requesting a full refund - I want to take my business elsewhere as the Rochester staff is seriously ***********.
