Rochester Furniture ****mers

Bought a lounge set for R23000, it was delivered and assembled on site, 2 weeks later the set was loose and had gaps, they replaced it. Now on 9th Nov again I lodged a complaint as the set was worse than before, askew and loose. I've sent emails, called the store etc and I'm still awaiting feedback. All I want is for them to take back this faulty furniture and my R23000 refunded. They are ****mers, they make you call and call and call, they make promises and then ignore you
