Rochester furniture Lifestyle Centre Centurion does not deserve any star

I purchased a Sealy Aloe bed from Rochester Furniture Lifestyle Centre over 3 years ago Initially they were operating from mall at reds before they moved to Lifestyle. Since the purchase date we have changed the bed over 3 times because of factory fault issues. We received another bed late November and within a week it had a fault. I have been in contact with the store manager since early January and all I have received are stories that the supplier is working on it and will call. Till date I have not received any call or email from the supplier and now the store manager from lifestyle Rochester is ignoring my messages. This is not right honestly. Rochester furniture deserves no star for their product. Never will I recommend this store to anyone.
