Rochester Furniture is the worst store

This shop has 0 customer services, i bought a couch in November, and they were supposed to deliver on 3 December it never happened, I called and they said 10 December and it did not happen. Their social media desk is useless, their personnel in walk in stores is useless, they lodge a complaint but with no positive results. Their refund takes two - that is the catch so that you cannot reALLY HAVE GO AHEAD, i AM TIRED OF THIS nonsense, people must know *** your customer service is!
