Rochester furniture Centurion mall not reliable at all

I did a lay buy at the Centurion mall brunch which I canceled and I have been waiting for my refund over 3 months every time I call they ask me no.s check on the system and said they will get back to me it has been over 3 months I've called numerous times I am even tired. Head office asked me for a reference no. Did even make efforts to call the branch to enquire for me while I was told my refund request was submitted. Rochester service is very poor I am very unhappy
