Rochester furniture boksburg lack of transparency

We bought a lounge suite from Rochester boksburg and on enquiry on the delivery we were promised that it takes a day or 2 days tops and that we would get a call 30min prior to the delivery. Order number *** on the 19/05/2020. Now we need to run after them to get feedback on what is happening with the delivery of goods we purchased with our hard earned money, we keep getting the story of we must be patient???? Had they told us about this prior to our purchase which was cash I would have taken my business to another place that would value me as their customer. What is so hard in communicating with your clients from the onset and advise them openly instead of promising heaven just to get the money and them feed them with stories afterwards? I would like to get a delivery of the goods I purchased with you with my hard earned money
