Rochester Furniture is the worst ****** I have ever come accross. I wished I had checked the reviews listed on this company before purchasing goods online. I now discover after numerous calls, as they redirect me from pillar to post, that they dont service delivery in my area. Fair enough so why let me pay for the goods then and take my money. I have purchased goods before from other online companies and they will tell you before you make the payment whether or not they deliver in your area. The staff are also rude and ***********. Do their accountants not pick up this kind of malpractice when their books are audited because I am clearly not the only one that has been ****** by these ******.
