Rochester Furniture and JD Group are a ****!
Rochester Clearwater sold me a defected couch, it was taken in for repairs and a month layer it came back damaged and dirty. The supplier is the worat of the worat and Rochester is the biggest **** there is. To even release a couch in that condition for delivery back to a customer just reflects how they don't give a care in the world about customers and customer service. Even worse the store manager promised to resolve this and now she juay blatantly ignores my calls and is never available to take calls in the store. The Rochester and JD Group brand have zero customer service, they provide the worst service in everything.
