Rochester Furniture

On 28 May 2020 I purchased two coaches, coffee table and one plasma stand salesman Charles at the Vanderbijlpark Branch. On 19 June I contacted Charles about my one coach which is broken on left hand side, the wood inside was broken, he told me I had two weeks after delivery to report any faults. I asked him how was I supposed to see through the material that its broken. He also told me that when they deliver the furniture, I must let the drivers place them for me the way I want it in my lounge. I only found the coach was broken after a plastice bottle cap rolled underneath the couch, when I tried to pick it up I found the wood was broken in half. After one month of arrangements to pick up the coach, they finally collected it the 22 July 2020. Its now three weeks later no coach delivered yet. I asked them to deliver a new one as I paid cash for a new one, not second hand. When I turned the coach on its back to take fotos you could see that it was opened before and the feet were old and used.I phoned Charles again on 12/8/2020, says they are still busy with it, I want a new one not a second hand fixed coach. I chose to buy from them because I thaught they have good standards. I am really dissapointed in Rochester furniture, would not recommend them to anyone.
