Rochester Fourways Pathetic Service

If there was zero stars that's what my rating would be for Rochester Fourways Crossing. Purchased a lounge suite and delivery was scheduled to take place 4 days after I made payment. When the delivery guys got here they realized that the suite was incomplete so they took it back with them. Since then all I got was empty promises from the sales person and store manager. Was told that the system showed that the goods are in transit but nothing arrived. I hope that people read these comlpaints before dealing with Rochester. They have no sense of customer service and truly are a terrible company to do business with.
