ROCHESTER FESTIVAL MALL - SHOCKING !!!!!!

Worst experience ever - dont ever purchase from Rochester - their furniture is poor quality and apparenly do not carry much of a guarentee - bough 1st lounge suite - within 1 year started pealing - after months of fighting and begging - I was able to return the lounge suite and swop for a better quality one (but I had to pay in obviously) - so I receive the new set which is apparently genuine upper leather - .........what a lie !!!!! Because just 1 year later the same starts happening the leather pealling and stitching pulling appart - clearly not real leather ???? So again tons of calls back and - getting little to no feedback - it is now more that 2 months after I logged the complaint and now they apparently say there was no guarentee on the leather ......WHY I ask ? Must be because it was not real leather in the first place ------ I am still waiting for me to send me the warrantee docs I signed - where its states that there is no cover on the **** leather ?????????????? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ROCHESTER AGAIN - SHOCKING SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS WITH NO WARRANTEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
