Rochester false advertising/ misleading

False advertising Rochester Woodmead Retail Park - We visited 3 different Rochester stores looking for 2 specific couches, We eventually went to the Woodmead store and was really excited to see that the couches we were interested in were “on promotion “ and now hopefully more affordable, to our dismay those words mean nothing to that specific store as the pricing is the same as all of the other stores.We then questioned why are they marked on promotion as this is misleading and attracts customers to your store instead of the other stores in your chain Reagan the store manager could only say that the items are new hence why which doesn’t make sense as we have been seeing that couch advertised since March.very disappointed in the under handed tactic taken in order to snatch clients away from other stores within your chain.
