Rochester employees are ethical
I would really like to compliment Dulcy and Keith at the Woodmead branch.<br> They are very ethical indviiduals and offer reliable and sound advice.<br> I salute their behaviour and would return back to the store purely based on their interaction.<br> I am sure that other clients as well share my sentiments.I am very grateful for the courtesy and consideration extended to me.

07 Mar 2018, 10:52Update on this ... since September 2017 I am struggling to get assistance.
I had a problem with my lounge suite that was sagging and when it was collected in October the warehouse damaged it on collection by walking into the outside brick wall and to date which is almost 6 months later no one can advise me what is going on, my lounge has been collected 4 times and never repaired. this is not what I expected to from Rochester, I have left messages and spoke to the call center many times and have so many reference numbers its crazy and no one wants to take me seriously. The Woodmead branch manager has been helpful but it seems their hands are tied. Poor levels of back up service...
