Remind me to never purchase anything online at this store ,I called in to cancel my online laybye sana the consultant I spoke to was firstly unprofessional on the call and never explained what the process is to get a refund and then I got an email to send documents just to get the refund and I felt that it was a lot of admin just to get a refund but I was not a admin to do the laybye woah hai I’m disappointed
