Rochester doesn’t want to repair the bed

I bought a mahogany sleigh bed from Rochester. When I finally had to assemble, I noticed that one of the brackets that is supposed to come with the bed has been removed…when the finally replaced the bracket, the bed couldn’t not hold the weight of the bed, due to the new bracket not holding. They are refusing to repair the bed nor replace it saying it’s outside the 1 year warranty.
