Rochester doesn't care about it's customers period

honestly starting to believe that Rochester furniture doesn't care at all about it's clientele. Working in customer service myself i know how important it is to deliver best service. I bought furniture in January which I was told would be only available end of February and would be kept in the look once stock arrive to arrange delivery. Nobody did until I called myself beginning of March to arrange for delivery. My goods arrived damaged and was told warehouse manager will call to this it never happened. I called again yesterday the 9th March i was told my sales person was on leave but somebody will call me nobody did. I had to call in again this morning and was still being given the round around. I can't be told when I can expect my deliver. Nobody is expediting the matter whilst they are the ones in the wrong. Nobody cares that a customer has long paid and must get her goods delivered. Mind you this is the second time Rochester delivers damaged goods which took weeks for the delivery to eventually arrive for their second attempt when I bought from Fourways branch last year. Maybe they have enough customers and don't need us.Dont think I'll be buying at Rochester again!

Hello Kateselepe,

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. I have discussed this with the sales person and I believe he tried calling this morning to arrange delivery.

Your delivery has been booked for the 12th/03/2015 and an email has been sent to you to confirm.

Please do not hesitate to contact the branch if there's any changes you want made regarding this booking.

Regards,
Customer service manager
