Rochester - Disgusting Service Poor Workmenship!!!!!!

Worse service received from Rochester Northgate. Too quick to take our money but forever and poor service to attend to our complaint. We had bought a 5 seater recliner set to the value of R25000 in November and have endless issue's. Laid a complaint of the efective workmenship on the couches last week Friday 13/12/2019 a week later and still no response!!!! The branch manager Kate is so useless no customer service what so ever how do you have people like this working for you as she cant advise us on when the matter can be addressed we have even offered to exchange the couches for something more and pay a difference of R17000 and to date still not winning. Must I now sit with broken defective couches for Christmas???? never will I ever recommend anyone to Rochester the service is pathetic!!!!! I rather want my full refund.......... Even paid for the couches to be scotched guard and it was not done from date of purchase we waited for a week only for the salesmen to come to our home and spray the couches of which his pump was not working he messed up my flooring etc and came back the next day!!!! This has to be joke really for someone to spend do much of money only to get this service??? Can the regional manager please give me a call on ***. I have had patience but no more rather give me back my money your couches are not worth the price I paid for!!!!! Utterly disappointed.
