Rochester DISGUSTING SERVICE

Rochester warehouse for deliveries in Rosslyn is the WORST!!! Staff with lazy and bad attitude who were supposed to deliver our couches on Wednesday .. moved the delivery for Thursday then to Saturday now today the day Tuesday and we call to try and find out why.... the guy we keep talking to is very RUDE!!! And clearly does not like his job judging from how he speaks to customers... now I’m cancelling my purchase and demanding refund from Rustenburg Rochester- the refund is going to take 7 days “it’s the process that’s in place” why does it take a second to take money from my account for a purchase but 7 days to give my money back??? I bought my mother new couches 6 days ago they are still not here!!!!! Just give my money back already !!!!!!!!
