Rochester delivers bad service and workmanship
Purchased Alphine leather incliner lounge suite from Rochester. Within the 2 year guarantee period this lounge suite has been sent back for repairs 5 times, and is still not working. We've experienced poor workmanship from Alphine and bad service from Rochester (Woodmead) as well as empty promises. We found this Alphine product to be sub standard. Would not recommend Alphine products or the Rochester store (Woodmead) to any one.
