Rochester Credit Poor

On 10 October 2019, I had done an online application for Credit Facility with Rochester. Online Sales and Credit Manager requested docs, I submitted and eventually 23 Oct 2019 I received an email confirming credit available up to a purchase of R85,000. After 3 days we decided to purchase 2 items on sale and forwarded the information to the online sales team. Suddenly after some more document requests we are now only approved to R3,000 spend on credit facility. This is totally ridiculous, how do you approve someone for R85,000 and then suddenly only R3,000. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by this ridicule of my purchase request!
