Rochester couches- Maponya Mall

I bought couches in November, the quality 3 months down the line ,it's been 2 weeks the store logged a call to date nothing is happening, I'm highly disappointed and frustrated with store and coaches wouldn't advice family and friends to buy ,their customer care is the worst ,u would swear the coaches have been used for over 10 years,what a waste of my 22k.
