Rochester Couches bottom Hessian covers come lose

I bought a couch in 2022 excited starting a new home. The same couch has brought misery to me as the bottom Hessian cover came all lose. I went to the shop to lodge a complaint they told me that there is nothing they can do as it has passed warranty. Who buys a couch to enjoy it for only 3 years. My house is now dirty because the cover is all over the house. I want them to come take this couch as it doesn't serve any value to me except misery. The store Manager was not even bothered told me it is the supplier's problem not theirs. No one told me about the supplier when I bought the couch.
