ROCHESTER CORNUBIA BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased 8x dining chairs in cash from Rochester Cornubia, sadly upon delivery we saw that 2x chairs were damaged. I immediately called the office. The lady gave me a reference number and assured me they would be exchanged.

It is now 4 days later and I'm getting the run around. My calls are not been attended to nor are my wattsapp messages.

If this is the level of unsatisfactory after sales customer service then I most certainly would NOT recommend this store to anyone.
