ROCHESTER-CONNECT FINANCE- JDG A ****, DESTROYING AND TARNISHING PEOPLES CREDIT RECORDS

I am so disappointment with rochester. Below is the credit report that shows that I haven't been paying my Rochester account, which I have been paying before the 29th of Each month. From the 3rd of each month I get harassment smses and calls and mind you from rude call center agents that can't even help or answer questions. Are these staff members trained in customer service? They are all rude despite me explaining that I pay way before they even call, their answer is, 'payments have not been updated yet. by the time they call or send smses.. funny enough when the statement comes the account is up to date. but why report to the credit bureau that Rochester does not receive any payments... do you understand that is destroying one's life.

I spoke to several consultants, each one gives a different story clearly nobody has a clue what is happening and why put people at a call center that cant even solve issues, all they know is to argue with clients about their system and notes with arragements that were not even done by me. i asked if i can send them proof of payments. and i am told they dont come to them. they dont deal with proof of payments... what the hell is going on there.. i asked for a senior. i ma told they dont deal with customers directly... i made a payment of 2300.00 on the 26th of September and she argues that there is no payment.. each and every month they argue that there are no payments made,, but come the 15th of each month, the payments are updated... on my credit record it shows that i am not paying there is no solution on my account.. and i am supposed to except them distroying my name... i need any form of assistance cause this kind of malicious behavior is totally unacceptable...
