ROCHESTER CLEARWATER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!!!!

This store and its management altogether need to get effective customer service training otherwise they must just shut down!!! I am an upset customer who bought 2 couches and fridge. One of the couches was delivered without legs completely and it has become my full time job now for a week to follow up with the shop about the legs. The Salesperson (Novuka) and the Manager (Lydia) have been promising to deliver the legs the next day ( This has been happening for a week long that I have even lost patience). I feel like they are making a fool of me because I should have just not accepted this delivery. I regret using Rochester Clearwater Mall. I am definitely taking this up with the JD Group CEO (Peter Griffiths).
