Rochester - Chair Stopper (12 days later)

I bought a set of chairs online and it was delivered 95% successfully on the 03/02 however one of the chairs did not have a stopper (that little rubber foot at the end of the chair leg). the team helped me log a complaint REF nr *** on the same day. The team contacted me for photos on the 7th, I phoned them on the 15th and were told they are "waiting" for photos from the factory as someone is saying the chair had a stopper. I truly don't care if/why/what. I just want 1 little stopper so I can use the chair OR Rochester can come fetch all 6 chairs and give my money back.
