Rochester Carelessness

My fiance and I recently purchased couches from Rochester in Fourways. We also paid for them to be delivered on November 30 2018 and also paid for Rochester to treat our couches with Masterguard before delivery. Our couches were delivered but we have still not received our Masterguard certificates despite numerous phone calls to the branch manager and Linette Jaka. I even went to the store to pick the certificates up (and emailed before going) but when I got there I was given the excuse that the lady was on leave and nobody knew where the certificates were. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We have paid for the item and and have no documentation because of their carelessness and lack of interest in their clients. Definitely won't be purchasing from here again!
