Rochester branch level is as bad as head office level which also infects warehouse level like a virus

STILL THE MOST PATHETIC FURNITURE COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA. Now after waiting 1 month for a warranty replacement bed set, finally the delivery arrived this past Friday...BUT WAIT...only for the base to be missing, only the mattress is there. So there they go again, taking the mattress back with them and we having to wait and here AGAIN, when our bed will be delivered, probably another month to wait. At Rochester you can clearly see what incompetence looks like. Incompetence infecting everything from the branch level, to the Head Office level through to the warehouse level.
