Rochester Bedroom suite

Good morning, on the 25th of July 2024 I ordered a bedroom suite (Sullivan Queen Bed with pedestals) I then got an sms that they have received my order and will communicate deliver. Days went by without any communication from them, called and was told that the shipment was canceled but the lady couldn't give a reason why and told me that they will send an sms to deliver. Waited again with no communication and I called and was told that they will escalate the matter. Still no communication even after I was told they will respond within 24 hours. Again...I called and requested refund,got an email saying the reason for the delay was because the bedroom suite I ordered was out of stock but it's available and they wanted to know whether they should continue with refund or deliver. Saw the email late but responded that they should deliver and also called again to inform them and the guy told me that the bedroom suite was still out of stock. Confused and told him that buy according to the email it's in stock and he said he made a mistake it is available. Today it's Monday I called again wanting to know whether they will be able to deliver and they still not giving me straight answer even though they say delivery is 2-5 days. I am frustrated because I bought using Pay flex and they will debit on Thursday for an order that I haven't received. Please help
