Rochester Baywest

People Stay away from Rochester . I have no words to describe their terrible, unacceptable service. I bought a Large L Shape Couch from Baywest, One piece of it was delivered with a defect, which we reported on the day of delivery. I still have no resolution, I bought this in July. No reply from the Store, not to mention the area manager. They expect me to be ok with repairing the broken frame whereas I bought a brand new set. I am now looking for the CEO's details. the people at store level will be causing a huge loss of business if they continue treating clients in this way
