Rochester Bad Service

I bought decorating staff from Rochester online on the 3 June 2020, after the lockdown was lifted. I was told my product will be delivered , find message from Rochester (Shipping Method - 3 - 7 Working Days- Delivery (60) .

To date I never received my order. I was calling them to cancel , I was told I must put a complain n they wil come back to me within 24 hours. They never did.

What I want is my refund, I don’t want the goods any longer.
