Rochester bad service

I did a lay-bye at Rochester, so I went there on 1st of Aug to pay it out and I was told the bed is out of stock. Request a refund then till today I have not received my money, waited this long for nothing. AND I'M NEED OF THAT MONEY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE, THEIR SERVICE IS POOR.
