ROCHESTER BAD SERVICE

Good Day

I board a television stand cash in September 2017 in Rochester Wonderpark and after 3 weeks the wood used started to have bubbles , then we reported and they came to collect the stand in November for repairs.

I have been going up and down to the shop and to date I have not received the stand nor my money. They keep on saying they are waiting for new stock which they do not know when it will come.

When you go to the shop they tell you that they cannot reach the head office nor the suppliers and also a guy called Manqoba.

I have been getting a new story every time I go to the shop and I payed for something which I do not have.

I advice people not to purchase anything from there , because the service is also bad from their workers , especially the once I dealt with in Wonderpark.
