Rochester bad quality service

bought a coppenhagen daybed from Rochester couch became saggy springs noisy within a few months . We reported the matter in March couch eventually got picked up the beginning of August we call in every day to hear a different story. latest update is that we liable for payment. looking at all the reviews it is not wise to buy from Rochester as they do not hold up to value for rand and customer service is bad. how does one pay for something which is still under warranty and many people having the same complaint.
