Rochester - bad product, no support

We ordered a king size headset and drawers from Rochester.

It was delivered to our house, and left in the respective boxes. Once we started to assemble the units we realized a number of issues. First, on the Rochester online store they advertise the headset to be compatible with beds up to king size (183cm), this turns out to not be the case, and a queen size bed is the largest it can accommodate.

The drawers does not match each other and also does not fit into place, all of this also looks used with visible scratches on them. The one drawer seems to be from a different set.

We have tried to contact Rochester with no success. They either do not answer our emails, or on their WhatsApp support group they would enquire about the issue, once I tell them my story they with say the system is down.

This is extremely disappointing to pay a lot of money for "quality" products, we are now stuck with something we can't use, and the supplier is not willing to assist.
