Rochester bad customer service

I have received very bad service from Rochester, I bought a bed online on the 20th November 2020,and a month later I still haven't received it, nobody has bothered to tell me why, their stupid terms and conditions encourage customers to go the store during a pandemic, im very disappointed by their lack of customer service and utter incompetence to say the least. They just don't care. Do not buy from this store.
